This reverts commit a757c4a2.

While it is true that Grack memory use while sending data to a client
was improved, this does not change the fact that the Git processes
running on a GitLab server will use more memory for large repositories.

The company is called Red Hat, and its flagship product is Red Hat Enterprise Linux (commonly abbreviated as RHEL). There is no such thing as RedHat (and never was).

Better header and detail why you need two times the storage. Also moving memory and storage to the bottom, OS is more important.
