 thanks to iomonster for solving the wlan0 permission issue

** STILL DOES NOT WORK FROM UI DUE TO "PERMISSIONS" issue.  Will need to be investigated,
but much much closer than yesterday.

This goes a long way towards bringing us to wifi.  Included:

* several custom built modules -- verified to work from command line
* firmware files - licensed for distribution
* changes to boardconfig, device (to copy above files), & init

Also:  This requires kernel support, which is in the tenderloin gb-wifi branch.  It's just a very
quick version that doesn't really have pm support or anything.

But if you want to try/fix it, go ahead!  It's close!

This is to keep compatibility with kernel & also because apparently tenderloin is the currect name.
