The MCA bus has a few "integrated" functions, which are effectively virtual slots on the bus. The problem is that these special functions don't have dedicated pos IDs, so we have to manufacture ids for them outside the pos space ... and these ids can't be matched by the standard matching function, so add a special registration that requests a list of pos ids or a particular integrated function. There's a bug in the MCA bus matching algorithm in that it promotes from signed short to int before comparing with the actual id and does sign extension on anything > 0x7fff (which means that pos ids > 0x7fff never get correctly matched). Signed-off-by:

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
