This patch introduces a struct subchannel_id containing the subchannel number (formerly referred to as "irq") and switches code formerly relying on the subchannel number over to it. While we're touching inline assemblies anyway, make sure they have correct memory constraints. Signed-off-by:

If we receive path not operational indications (pnom in pmcw nonzero), we switch off those paths. To catch them becoming available again, we have to recalculate the lpm from the pmcw each time we start path verification. Signed-off-by:

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
