Allow CONFIG_BUILD_ARM_APPENDED_DTB_IMAGE_NAMES to specify
a space separated list of dtbs to append to the zImage,
and name the resulting file zImage-dtb

Focaltech 6x06 controller series uses a different reset
register compared to earlier supported controllers. Use
appropriate reset registers based on controller's id.

USB Otg driver is required to vote for sleep clock and XO clock for
USB PHY functionality. Add USB Otg device name with XO clock and
sleep clock entries to allow USB driver to get handle for the same
and allow voting for it.

USB 2.0 PHY is provided sleep clock. Add USB otg
device name and rename sleep_a_clk to sleep_clk to
allow USB driver to get sleep clock handle and vote
for the same.

Remove ref_clk entry from clock table as it is not
available with USB PHY on this platform. Hence it is
unused entry for this platform.

USB PHY is provided sleep clock on few platform which is
required to enable for USB PHY functionality. Hence add
support to vote sleep clock if it exists.
