Fix charging and notification LEDs by building liblight from source. · 11403c20

Includes the following changes:

- Add crespo-derived, modified liblight sources.
  Taken from CM9: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_samsung_epicmtd/commit/690440a803e45aa4789f20d6bfdb0dda56bfcd8a


- Fix log message in write_str.
- Enable building liblight from source (add to epicmtd.mk).
- Add a special case for charge full (green) LED.

epicmtd: move kernel modules from /lib/modules to /system/lib/modules/ since we are using mtd and frees up ram. Also, remove wimax gpio driver since it's in the kernel now.

this allows all initramfs binaries besides kernel modules to
be compiled during cm build. cwm recovery/etc are updated
with each build
also include much better releasetools script and ext4 conversion
script for installation
