Includes the following changes:

- Add crespo-derived, modified liblight sources.
  Taken from CM9: https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_samsung_epicmtd/commit/690440a803e45aa4789f20d6bfdb0dda56bfcd8a


- Fix log message in write_str.
- Enable building liblight from source (add to epicmtd.mk).
- Add a special case for charge full (green) LED.
