Add property and mixer path for device rotation · c034509a

Add property to monitor device rotation to handle audio channel
 swapping when the user rotates the device.
Add mixer path for speaker playback with left and right swapped,
 both for output and echo reference.

Since this is LTE device we set LTE as the highest priority network to camp.

Launch netmgrd for the device with modem · 9d16edc4

1. Netmgrd is necessary for the device with modem to establish data connection.
2. Remove system.prop since it is not used.
