Old write to minfile was a dead op. Minfile does not
exist

An sh process apparently opens 1024 fds during startup (and no more, judging from /proc/`pidof sh`/fd monitoring). Setting the appropriate rlimit a bit higher gets rid of the warning.

Thanks to nemith for suggesting this.

Also change permissions on relevant sys and dev entries to system, so that
we can access them not as root.

CPU hotplugging requires new props

** STILL DOES NOT WORK FROM UI DUE TO "PERMISSIONS" issue.  Will need to be investigated,
but much much closer than yesterday.

This goes a long way towards bringing us to wifi.  Included:

* several custom built modules -- verified to work from command line
* firmware files - licensed for distribution
* changes to boardconfig, device (to copy above files), & init

Also:  This requires kernel support, which is in the tenderloin gb-wifi branch.  It's just a very
quick version that doesn't really have pm support or anything.

But if you want to try/fix it, go ahead!  It's close!
